The Department of Medical Parasitology at Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University is committed to:
• Provide high level of education and training for under- and postgraduate students and physicians to identify and diagnose parasites causing major health problems in the fields of medicine and health profession.
• Implement basic and advanced scientific research in parasitic diseases and control related to the society needs while conserving traditions and social values as well as professional ethics.
